Hoteles Royal

The Royal Hotels brand caters to the high-level corporate market. Royal Hotels destinations are luxury, full-service properties and generally have less than 100 rooms. Currently we have 8 properties within this brand, all of them with a strategic location and an outstanding customer service record, which allows us to maintain high occupancy rates as well as frequent and satisfied guests. Seven Hoteles Royal hotels earned Tripadvisor Traveller’s Choice Awards in 2013.


Each Hotel of the brand Hoteles Royal has the following infrastructure:

  • Public spaces: Main lobby and business center
  • Food and beverage: Restaurant and bar, with international gastronomic menus
  • Events: Banquet rooms, event rooms and boardrooms
  • Rooms: Executive Rooms, Superior Rooms and Royal Suites 
  • Parking Lot and/or valet parking
  • Fitness & Spa: Completely equipped gym, spa and semi-olympic pool
  • 3 minutes of free calls to national or international phones

Radisson Hotels

The Radisson international brand operates under the philosophy of “Yes I can,” signifying an exceptional customer service experience to all guests. Catering to the high-level corporate traveler, Radisson hotel destinations are full-service hotels with more than 100 rooms.

Currently we have 18 hotels under the franchise model in Latin America and 8 hotels in franchise and direct operation. Our office in Miami, “Radisson Hotels in Latin America” (RHILA), is responsible for the expansion of this brand in Latin America.


Each Radisson Hotel has the following infrastructure:

  • Food and beverage: Restaurant and bar, with international gastronomic menus
  • Events: Banquet rooms, event rooms and boardrooms

UrbanRoyal Hotels

UrbanRoyal Hotels are limited-service hotels and have a flexible operational model according to occupancy levels. These hotels have an special food and beverage model, it’s restaurants are manages by recognice restaurants or chefs of the city, which decreases the permanent staff compared to other operations. Hotels in this brand are oriented to corporate travelers and have less than 100 rooms. Currently we have 2 hotels under this brand and we are in the construction phase of 3 more in different Latin American markets.


Each UrbanRoyal Hotel has the following infrastructure:

  • Public Spaces: Principal lobby and business center
  • Food and Beverage: Restaurant and bar outsourced with international gastronomic menus
  • Events: Corporate meeting rooms and boardrooms
  • Rooms: Executive Rooms, Superior Rooms and Suites

RoyalPark Hotels

Featuring more than 100 rooms, RoyalPark Hotels are specially designed to serve groups and conventions. With a wide variety of event facilities, these hotels can host all manner of events - from social gatherings to corporate functions. Currently we have one hotel operating under this brand in the city of Bogotá, with a number of hotels scheduled to open in the future.


Each RoyalPark Hotel has the following infrastructure:

  • Food and Beverage: Restaurant and bar, with international gastronomic menus
  • Events: Event rooms – including banquet rooms, ballrooms with stages and boardrooms – accommodating up to 700 guests

World Trade Center  Bogota

The WTC Bogotá was founded in 1986 and since then is member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) family. It has worked under the ideals of the WTCA, with the firm purpose of promoting international trade and positioning Bogotá as a destination for international business.

Collocated with WTC Bogotá, the Bogotá Royal Hotel at the WTC, first hotel of the Royal Chain opens its doors. Currently, the chain has 13 hotels of which 8 are located in the capital city of Colombia (including the Radisson Brand), offering members a wide range of hosting solutions, events, services and unique benefits of the Hoteles Royal Chain concierge services, with more than 50 available spaces for business meetings, conferences and seminars, in 8 splendid Hotels in Bogotá.
